Genre: M/F, Romance

Shocked by what she finds out, she needs to decide if she can forgive Parker when he betrays her trust and her love for him. Catalina must now decide whether she’ll abandon the boy who has always been her saviour. How will her decisions affect Parker’s life?
***Not a Standalone – This is Book Two of a Three-Book Series***
My Review: 4/5 Stars
The story continues right where the last story ended. Catalina has moved out of the apartment that her and Parker where sharing. He lied to her face and made a promise he knew he would not keep even for her. When Parker finds out that she has left, he was devastated, until he realized that she invaded his privacy.
Catalina is now staying at the hotel where she works and one day when she is off she meets Damian. They start to hang out and Catalina could see herself with him, if she wasn’t stuck on thinking about Parker.
Parker calls Catalina when he realizes she wasn’t coming home and when she didn’t answer he was pissed and hurt, but then he remembered why she left and he got angry. When Catalina calls back Parker states he didn’t mean to call her. Catalina realizes something isn’t right and goes to see him, but he doesn’t want to see her. Catalina leaves and tries hard not to think about Parker. She throws herself into her relationship with Damian until one night Parker couldn’t stand not seeing her. Will Catalina greet him with opened arms or will she turn her back on him?
I liked this short read. I liked that Ryssa gave the back story into how they came to be where they are. I enjoyed that she put this book in Parkers POV as well. I would recommend this book. I can’t wait to read this next book in the series.
